The email addresses I have got for them are grupos.eventos.melia.caribe@solmelia.com; melia.caribe@solmelia.com; and ventas4.paradisus.punta.cana@solmelia.com. Go figure.
Phone numbers for booking are given at http://www.solmelia.com/sol/info/jsp/CTelephoneReservations.jsp, apparently. In particular, Katiepoos, the number for Australia is supposedly 1 800 221 176. There is no number given for New Zealand, but there is another number for Oz given, 61 2 94191777, which is reachable from abroad, so this might be a good place to start.
